<p align="justify">The capital of <strong>Czech Republic</strong> in Central <a href="http://www.wildjunket.com/category/by-country/europe/" target="_blank">Europe</a> gives travelers the rare opportunity of traveling back in time – back to the days when shiny-armored knights and corseted ladies roamed the streets. Wrought iron gates and clock towers set the scene for nobles and horse-driven carriages. These days, Prague still retains its medieval characteristics, charming visitors with its ancient monuments and gothic architecture. </p>
<p align="justify">Our last visit to Prague in summer, we saw a city blooming in vivid colors and sizzling hoards of tourists with sunshine. This winter, we revisited Prague to see a different side of it – clad with a coat of cool air and smelling of fairy-tale whimsicalness. Let our photos bring you through Prague’s gorgeous streets and see if you can feel that ancient air.</p>
<p align="justify"><a href="http://www.wildjunket.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/ClockTowerSquareatnight.jpg"><img title="Clock Tower Square at night" style="border-top-width: 0px; display: block; border-left-width: 0px; float: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border-right-width: 0px" height="376" alt="Clock Tower Square at night" src="http://www.wildjunket.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/ClockTowerSquareatnight_thumb.jpg" width="562" border="0" /></a>&#160;&#160; </p>
<p align="justify">The clock tower that stands in the city’s main square attracts visitors from all over, with its magical chime and cockadoo rooster. At Christmas, the square is completely lit up with festive mood and a busy Christmas market. The twin towers at the other end of the square fills up the skyline of Prague.</p>
<p align="justify"><a href="http://www.wildjunket.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/ViewofPragueCastlebytheriver.jpg"><img title="View of Prague Castle by the river" style="border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; border-left: 0px; margin-right: auto; border-bottom: 0px" height="320" alt="View of Prague Castle by the river" src="http://www.wildjunket.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/ViewofPragueCastlebytheriver_thumb.jpg" width="557" border="0" /></a> </p>
<p align="justify">By night, the Prague Castle glows in a golden shimmer. This view, as seen from the Charles Bridge, is one of the best in the city.</p>
<p align="center"><a href="http://www.wildjunket.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/DomeofStMichaelsChurchviewfrombridgetower.jpg"><img title="Dome of St Michaels Church - view from bridge tower" style="border-top-width: 0px; display: block; border-left-width: 0px; float: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border-right-width: 0px" height="362" alt="Dome of St Michaels Church - view from bridge tower" src="http://www.wildjunket.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/DomeofStMichaelsChurchviewfrombridgetower_thumb.jpg" width="542" border="0" /></a> The numerous emerald green domes popping out in the city’s skyline</p>
<p align="center">&#160;</p>
<p align="justify"><a href="http://www.wildjunket.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/Clocktowerchurchsdomeandcity.jpg"><img title="Clock tower, church&#39;s dome and city" style="border-top-width: 0px; display: block; border-left-width: 0px; float: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border-right-width: 0px" height="362" alt="Clock tower, church&#39;s dome and city" src="http://www.wildjunket.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/Clocktowerchurchsdomeandcity_thumb.jpg" width="542" border="0" /></a></p>
<p align="justify">This is the panoramic view of the city as seen from Prague Castle. The city is sprawling, stretching from the old town to the commercial area. But the main allure of Prague lies in its old quarters.</p>

<p>Prague Castle is separated from the old town by the Vitara River, several scenes from Mission Impossible and the Bourne Identity were shot along the river bank. </p>
