I think that, as much as i loved Northern Ireland, that Ulster should definitely not be in the top 3. I moved to Belfast when i was ten, even at that age i had witnessed horrible things and was never surprised when my school or train was canceled because of bomb scares. I remember i was once chased on my way to school by a couple of rowdy drunken men. I find Singapore so much safer. Besides that i found this very helpful with my geography homework. p.s. Be careful when you are stating weather Ulster is in Northern Ireland or Ireland. It can make people angry. I am 13 and i have lived in Belfast and am now living in Singapore. Regardless of where you travel and to what countries, there is always an element of risk. To ensure your safety you would follow at a minimum the same practices as you would in your own country with some added extras for good measure. You do not put yourself in an environment where you cannot find your way! You ensure you meet people in a public place. On a grand scale, if there is unrest in a region or country you again remain diligent and mindful of your own situation in a foreign politics. Safety is a strange word in the modern world. For me however I can't imagine safety trumping many of my goals in a holiday.
