Granada, Spaibn

After four months in Latin America, we’re now back in Granada, Southern Spain. It’s been a whirlwind – trying to settle back to daily life, sourcing for work and at the same time, enjoying Spain. I’ve always loved the country, coming back has not only brought back nice memories but also the anticipation of some beautiful days ahead.

Alberto and I have been spending our time exploring the surrounding mountains and countryside on weekends and have lots of tales to share. It’s been a while since we’ve been back, so imagine the amount of things we are catching up on.

Winter is almost here but I’ve been kept up to my neck with travel writing. Currently, I’m writing full-time, a dream I’ve had for quite a while now.

In the past month or so, I’ve had many breakthroughs that I’m so thankful for – most of which are opportunities to work with big publications. I’ve been working on several pieces for glossy magazines, which will be published in January.

What’s Next?

We  already have a couple of trips planned for December – heading to Morocco this coming weekend. Marrakech has always been one of my favorite cities,  with its labyrinth souks, exotic smells and Arabic lights. This time round, we’ll be going overland to the southern tip of Spain and then catching a ferry to Tangier, Northern Morocco.

Christmas will hopefully be a white one as we head up to Eastern Germany to visit our dear friend. It’ll be two weeks of exploring parts of Poland, short trips to Czech Republic, and hopefully a visit to Austria before we fly back from Munich.

Expect to hear more from me pretty soon!
